WAI LAP CHUNG Master Wai Lap Chung is grand master
Wai Shing's third son. His
father influences him when he was
very young. He learned Bak Sing
Choy Lee Fut and Chow Jar Kung Fu,
and specially on lion and dragon
dance and drum performance. When he
was eighteen, he became the
Assistant Instructor at <Wai shing
Martial Art Association>. At 1985, Wai
Shing
grand master became the chief instructor of Hong Kong
Government
Civil Aid Servic's lion dance club. Junior Wai was the
assistance
instructor. At 1989, grand master is passed away, Junior Wai worked as the instructor
on several assoications and clubs.
Association's lion and
dragon dance group won numerous awards and
prizes.Now, he teaches Chinese Kung Fu,
lion and dragon dance at several
Community Centers, Primary and Secondary
schools at various areas.
Besides, Sifu Wai has visited U.S.
on teaching Dragon and Lion dance
towards local Kung Fu Academies since
2001.
